There is POWER in the WORD
“The pen is mightier than the sword.” So said the English writer Edward Bulwer-Lytton. I am glad that this is true, partly because I am not good at sword-fighting. The power of the word, both spoken and written, is attested to by history. Creation itself came into being by the word of God: “God said…and it was so.” When God came into the world in the person of Jesus Christ, he was known as the Word: “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.”
There have been many great writers throughout history. Their writings have changed the world. I do not profess to be among them, but perhaps out there on the edge of the crowd I stand with my little contribution of writings, and by the Grace of God I may perhaps bless a seeking soul.
